Basha is an associate in the firm’s government relations practice, where he supports clients’ congressional engagements and leads the firm’s legislative and regulatory analysis, political analysis, and bespoke research projects.

Basha is a graduate of the University of Maryland with a dual-major degree in Finance and Economics. While at Maryland, he served on the Undergraduate Student Association at the Smith Business School, where he helped lead a business education initiative across the state of Maryland as part of the Service Committee. He was also a member of the Honors College, as part of the Global Communities living-learning program, focusing on global challenges and solutions.
